1981 Cessna 152 for sale  TTAF:8840  TSMOH: 2140 hrs/2400 TBO engine

Prop overhauled 25 hrs. ago.  Paint and interior in good shape.  Narco Mark 12D Digital flip/flop Nav/Com.  Transponder with encoder.  Panel mounted intercomm system.  Battery less than a year old. Left magneto about 125 hrs and right about 50 hrs since overhaul. New nose gear tire, main tires will be replaced at aircraft sale. IFR check last March 07.  Aircraft will be sold with a fresh annual.
